1. Who we are

2. The service

SaunaMind is a general wellness and fitness application for tracking sauna, cold exposure, training, hydration, recovery context and session history. It may use information you enter, compatible sensor data and connected services you authorise.

SaunaMind scores, the five heart-rate effort zones (Very Light, Light, Moderate, Hard and Peak — derived from heart rate only; no body temperature is measured or estimated), readiness context, recovery context and related outputs are wellness estimates. They are not clinical measurements and must not be used for medical decisions.

3. Health and safety

Heat, cold and exercise can carry real risks. You are responsible for deciding whether a session is appropriate for you. Stop if you feel unwell and seek appropriate medical help when needed. SaunaMind is not a substitute for professional medical advice or safety equipment.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account unless applicable law allows otherwise and the service expressly supports it.

5. Subscriptions

Where paid subscriptions are offered, the price, billing period and included features will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's billing and refund terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse SaunaMind, attempt to disrupt the service, access another person's account, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or rely on SaunaMind as an emergency or medical monitoring system.

7. Your content

You are responsible for information you enter into SaunaMind, including profile information and session notes. We use that information only as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed to operate the service.

8. Third-party services

SaunaMind may connect with supported third-party services and devices such as Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, WHOOP and compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitors. Availability can change and may depend on device, permissions, region or service provider. Third-party names are used for factual reference only and do not imply endorsement.

9. Intellectual property

SaunaMind, its software, branding, graphics, text and original content are owned by SAUNAMIND PTY LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

10. Availability and accuracy

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every estimate will be accurate for every person or session.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

We may update these Terms as SaunaMind changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
