SaunaMind is a general wellness and fitness application. It estimates session response to sauna, training, hydration, and cold exposure using data you provide, sensor data you authorise, and published research models. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or monitoring of any disease or medical condition, and is not a medical device.
Sauna Load, heat zones, recovery scores, hydration prompts, readiness context, and similar outputs are proprietary wellness estimates. They are not direct clinical measurements and should not be used for medical decision-making. See the disclaimer at the bottom of every page for details.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a SaunaMind account. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
SaunaMind offers annual subscription tiers. Current launch pricing is expected to be: Founding Member at $19.99 AUD/year for the first 1,000 members, Early Adopter at $39.99 AUD/year, and Pro at $79.99 AUD/year. All tiers are intended to include the same core app features unless clearly stated otherwise at purchase.
Founding Member pricing is retained while your subscription remains continuously active and SaunaMind continues to offer that subscription through the Apple App Store. If you cancel, let the subscription lapse, change Apple ID, or if Apple App Store rules require a change, the founding price may no longer be available.
All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Heat and cold exposure carry real risks including but not limited to heat exhaustion, heat stroke, hypothermia, cold shock, fainting, and cardiovascular events. You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness to use a sauna, cold plunge, or contrast therapy. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning these practices, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have any pre-existing medical condition.
SaunaMind is a tracking and guidance tool. It is not a substitute for your own judgement, medical advice, or safety equipment.
The SaunaMind AI Coach provides general wellness guidance prompts based on the information available to the app. It does not provide medical advice, condition-specific recommendations, diagnosis, treatment, or safety instructions. Treat AI Coach outputs as educational conversation prompts, not as instructions you must follow.
You must not misuse SaunaMind, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, access another person's account, submit unlawful or harmful content, use the service for emergency or medical monitoring, or rely on SaunaMind as a safety system for sauna, cold exposure, or training. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or created a safety, security, or legal risk.
You are responsible for the information you enter into SaunaMind, including profile information, session notes, and AI Coach messages. You grant SAUNAMIND PTY LTD a limited licence to use that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your health data or use it for advertising.
All content in SaunaMind — including the application, this website, graphics, text, research summaries, and software — is owned by SAUNAMIND PTY LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SaunaMind for your personal wellness tracking, subject to these terms and the Apple End User Licence Agreement.
SaunaMind connects to Bluetooth heart rate monitors (including devices made by Polar Electro Oy, Wahoo Fitness, Garmin Ltd, CooSpo and others) using the standard BLE heart rate service (0x180D). Where third-party brand names appear in SaunaMind or on sauna-mind.com, they are used for factual reference only. SaunaMind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these manufacturers.
You may stop using SaunaMind at any time and may request deletion or export of your personal data by contacting privacy@sauna-mind.com. If we suspend or terminate your account for breach, we will do so only where reasonably necessary and, where practical, provide notice. Data deletion and export rights are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to legal retention obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaunaMind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that estimates will be accurate for every user or session, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it is suitable for any particular health, medical, performance, or safety purpose. Nothing in this section excludes any consumer guarantee, warranty, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of SAUNAMIND PTY LTD in connection with your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and rights under consumer guarantees).
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If you have a concern, email info@sauna-mind.com first and we will try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, your right to contact the ACCC or another regulator, or your right to pursue remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced via the app or by email.
